Chris Whitten has been DJing weddings all over Rhode Island and Massachusetts for the past 12 years. Chris got his start working for a RI mobile DJ sound company where he quickly learned the basics. He then became the head DJ for a Central Massachusetts mobile DJ company. It's here where Chris gained the majority of his experience. It's this experience that Chris brings into every wedding he DJs. Chris' passion has always been behind the mic and playing the music he loves. Chris' radio career also traces back 12 years where he started out as an intern at Kix 106 in Providence. He then worked part-time at 104.5 WXLO in Worcester before landing a part-time job at Cat Country 98.1 WCTK in Providence in 1998. Chris then joined the morning show in the spring of 2001. Only a few short years later Chris achieved one of his most proud career accomplishments, as he found out in the summer of 2006 that the Tad and Chris Show was the top rated morning show in Providence! In his spare time Chris enjoys listen to Jimmy Buffett while hanging out with his three boys, Dominic, Nate and Riley.
