Q: What time will you arrive to set up?
A: We always aim to be there at least an hour before your guests start to arrive. There's nothing more unprofessional and embarrassing than carrying equipment past your guests at cocktail hour! Q: What type of music do you usually play? A: We hear this question a lot and our answer is simply "every wedding is different". We take pride in our ability to read a crowd and play a good mix of music that makes everyone happy. Every bride and groom has different music taste and it's our job to mix in the music you want to hear while keeping your guests happy. Our ultimate goal is having your guests leave your wedding saying "we had such a great time" while having you say "and he played everything we wanted him to". Q: When is the final payment due? A: All we ask is that we have the payment (in full) before our vehicle leaves the parking lot the day of the reception. Many couples feel it's easier to pay the balance at our final meeting. We say "whatever makes you comfortable and is easiest for you". Q: When and where should we hold our final meeting with you before the wedding? A: We usually prefer to hold our final meeting as close to the wedding as possible. Simply because the majority of wedding details will be finalized then. That's why we recommend setting up our final meeting about 1-2 weeks before the wedding. In an effort to make you both feel as comfortable as possible, we also offer to drive to your place for the meeting. We find during the last month things can get a little busy, that's why we go out of our way ease some of the stress. Q: What does the package we chose include? A: EVERYTHING! Unlike other Djs, we don't charge extra for any equipment we own. That includes: extra speakers, extra mics, lights, etc. As long as we're aware of it and discuss it a head of time, we'll bring it. We also don't charge for our setup time like others may do either. Our packages are all-inclusive. |
